Our friend and great  Châteauneuf du Pape wine producer, Laurent Charvin paid us a visit recently at the restaurant.

Domaine Charvin is known for a traditional wine making, and Laurent is keen on expressing the true fruit character.
We were lucky enough to taste the new cuvée of his single white wine, based on Clairette Rose and Bourboulenc grape varieties.
Discovering such a rarity was simply a bliss…
With a distinct aroma, and dry fruits notes, this generous wine with a long, amazing finish, would perfectly match Mediterranean cuisine.
All the team enjoyed it immensely!
