Ripe small bananas
Cinnamon sticks (can be broken into shards)
Vanilla beans,quartered and cut into 11/2 inch lengths
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the bananas in half crosswise.
Using a skewer or a stick, stud the bananas with spices of your choice : vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, coffee beans, orange or cacao powder….
Cut the tip end to have the halves stand straight on the baking pan.
Roast in the oven for 10mn
Remove the spices and eat them with a spoon.
