Last January, I went on a wonderful trip through Burgundy along with fellow Argentinian, Paz Levinson. Paz was distinguished as Americas Best Sommelier in 2015 and she came fourth last year in the Best Sommelier World Competition.
During our trip, we were blessed with many special moments and experiences with Bourgogne wine producers.
One of the highlights was meeting with Yves Confuron, from Domaine Confuron Cotetidot. “Try a blind taste test with a Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Suchots 1993, and you’ll be overwhelmed by its youth and complexity, with an exotic wood flavor as well as a smooth and long-lasting mouthfeel. Experience perfection with this long-awaited vintage.”His words perfectly describe our amazing degustation.
